The challenges presented by designing and building a truly custom home mean that the builder must be able to keep in constant contact with the home owner to quickly and effectively handle the creativity challenges and preference decision making that is involved in the process. Changes will happen and must be handled quickly and effectively to help minimize costly mistakes.
